About Us
Adila is a food enthusiast who loves to try different authentic and contemporary food recipe on her own and serves to family and friends for fun. Meeting her father’s friend, Uncle Hsiang, a chef specializing in Chinese traditional, Baba-Nyonya and various Indonesian famous dishes has led to collaboration in coming out with products that are mixture of all those recipes.
Beginning with mixing and testing many types of original, natural ingredients, they creatively delivered various paste like products, which after tested for sensory and nutrient content, gave birth to our savoury and sensational white curry paste.Additionally, by meticulously selecting aromatic food-grade powder and cream, mix with fresh anchovies has also developed another tasty soup where we called “Ikan Bilis Soup noodle”.This paste, of all the trials and development, has been chosen to be taken with our thick satisfiable instant noodle for those ‘on the go’ and yet desire home made feel kind of noodle.
For those missing traditional authentic sambals, elsa offers our spicy yet memorable natural ingredients of shrimps and anchovies to travel with you anywhere in the world while still being served traditionally cooked condiments to make you feel at home, not far from family dishes.
